Why join our membership plan?
One of the biggest benefits you receive? 10% off labor and parts on repair. For example, during a heat wave your capacitor or fuse may go out or in a winter storm the ignitor or pressure switch may fail. In these cases, you would pay for a service call at regular rate plus parts.
As a member, you get 10% off for any visits during the contract period. In addition, there’s NO after-hour rate, which includes weekends and holidays. Normally the after-hour rate is 1.5 times a regular service call.

Our membership plan is a commitment for 3 years and the price is locked in for that time. It won’t cost you any more than what you’re already paying for yearly maintenance. Plus, you don’t have to pay for all 3 years upfront as an annual invoice will be sent to you.
Please note that for equipment to qualify for warranty, it is required to have annual maintenance done.

Whether it’s scheduling annual service or doing a repair, all customers taking part in our membership plan and maintenance agreement will be given high priority in response to your needs. Being a member simply means we will take care of you.
