  • Reduce breakdowns by preventing problems before they occur
  • Extends the life of your equipment

Be prepared with furnace tune-up

Having your furnace serviced on a yearly basis will catch issues when they're small and less expensive to fix. Plus, your furnace will run more efficiently, which saves you money on heating costs.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning and checking the burners, heat exchanger, blower, filter and fan. Our NATE certified techs have a whole checklist of things so nothing is missed.

A/C tune-up in the spring

Make sure you're ready for summer by getting an A/C tune-up before the heat wave hits. A complete check-up includes the following.

  • Clean evaporator and condenser coils
  • Check/inspect the condensate drain
  • Check all controls of the system
  • Check the refrigerant level
  • Clean/adjust the blower components
  • Check or clean the air filter

NATE Certified Technicians

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) is a nationwide certification program for techs in the heating and cooling industry. Our NATE techs are qualified to diagnose and repair your equipment quickly and with as little disruption as possible.

Maintenance tip-check filters

Every month or two, you should inspect, clean and/or change air filters in your furnace, a/c and heat pump as dirty filters increase energy costs and can cause damage.

We had Midway come service an old furnace that hadn’t been cleaned in years. They were helpful over the holidays and had a tech call to discuss various options.

In the end our furnace is working great and when it comes time to replace it, we will be calling them :) Friendly, great with our pup and efficient service.
